International company is seeking an executive administrative assistant to support several members of their administrative management team.  Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a professional office setting; possess strong organizational skills; an ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel; strong attention to detail; an ability to manage and prioritize many projects simultaneously; proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and type a minimum of 70 wpm.  Overtime flexibility is preferred.  Prior experience in a professional services organization (financial, legal, investment) is preferred, but not required.  Outstanding benefits including generous PTO, medical, dental, vision and more.

Downtown corporation is seeking an executive administrative assistant to support a busy Executive Vice President.  Responsibilities include preparing reports, presentations and correspondence; heavy scheduling and travel arranging; calendaring and documenting of engagements; being point of contact for all incoming matters and clients; file management; PowerPoint presentation preparation and overseeing all matters relating to the Executive Vice President’s office.  Exemplary professional presentation and voice presentation, 5+ years of executive administrative support to a Senior Vice President or higher, MS Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), solid working history and top professional references are minimum requirements to be considered.
